Bayonetta is coming to Sonic Racing CrossWorlds as a free playable character during the game's second year, according to PC Master Race Latinoamérica. The outlet reported the news alongside a teaser trailer for the crossover.
PC Master Race Latinoamérica did not specify a release date for the character in the material available. The announcement was covered by several Spanish-language outlets, including Nintenderos, which reported that Bayonetta's arrival as a playable racer comes with additional content.
The Umbra Witch's addition continues a pattern of guest characters and cross-franchise content in the Sega racing title. According to Cine Cassette, free Samba de Amigo content is already officially available in the game. Kotaku en Español reported separately that Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is preparing a new edition bundling six DLC packs, with content drawn from Minecraft, Mega Man and other franchises.
